Overview
This Refund and Return Policy applies to Broken Elevator Media and its affiliated brands, including Hall of Frame, LA ASAP, and Dreamz Work Photography. We offer refunds and returns exclusively for ticket sales to our events and for merchandise purchased directly from us.
Ticket Sales
• Event Cancellation:
If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund for your ticket purchase to the original payment method.
• Event Rescheduling:
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
• Customer Cancellations:
• Refunds for ticket cancellations requested by the customer are available if requested at least 72 hours before the event start time.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your ticket to another person or request store credit, subject to availability.
Merchandise
• Eligibility:
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.
• Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item or approve your ticket refund.
• Store credit may be offered in certain circumstances, such as late merchandise returns or last-minute ticket cancellations
How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a refund or initiate a return:
• Email us at Your Business Email with your order or ticket number and reason for the request.
• For merchandise, include photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
• We will respond within 5 business days with further instructions.
Exceptions
Digital products, custom orders, and final sale items are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not available for tickets canceled less than 72 hours before the event, except in cases of event cancellation or rescheduling
